- Local Storage and Cloud Services
Some app data may be stored locally on the user’s device. Lunaria may also use Supabase for account authentication, cloud sync, partner sharing, and backend services.
- AI Assistant
When the AI assistant is used, the user’s message and relevant app context may be sent to our backend service and processed by OpenAI or another AI provider to generate a response. AI responses are informational only and are not medical advice.
- Ads
The free version of Lunaria may show ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect or use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app activity, and other data as described in Google’s advertising policies.
Premium users do not see ads inside the app.
- Purchases
Premium purchases are handled through Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store full payment card details. Purchase status may be used to unlock Premium features.
- Partner Sharing
If a user chooses to use partner sharing, Lunaria may create a share code and sync selected app data so it can be viewed by the partner code holder. Users should only share codes with people they trust.
- Data Sharing
We do not sell personal health data.
We may share limited data with service providers only as needed to operate the app, including:
- Supabase for authentication, database, and backend services.
- OpenAI or other AI providers for AI assistant responses.

When you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with Lunaria, including account profile data, cycle logs, mood and symptom logs, partner sharing data, and related app records stored in our backend systems.
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment records, or compliance purposes. Any retained data will be kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
You may also reset local app data from inside the app by going to Profile and selecting Reset all data. This clears data stored on your device, but it does not delete your cloud account. To delete your cloud account, contact us using the email above.
