So, what does WordPress 2.9.1 have in store for you and your site/ blog? It fixes some bugs related to scheduled posts and pingbacks. Upgrade is not mandatory if you think it’s too much of a hassle. We personally advise that you upgrade as there is no risk/ side effect associated with it. To do so, either download the latest version from WordPress site or choose the Tools -> Upgrade menu option in your admin area.
